Mission & Objectives
The main objective of the Central Library is to support teaching, learning and research activities of Central Tribal University of Andhra Pradesh through its resources and services. The Library is involved in designing and delivering need-based library and information services.
Resources & Collections
The Library is open access and has a collection of around 17000+ volumes of print books and 13000+ E-journals under one nation one subscription scheme of the Government of India. The Library subscribes to 6 newspapers and 49 magazines, which help the users to keep abreast of the latest information in their subject or allied ones.
Technology & Standards
The Library is fully automated using Koha with RFID enabled. The Library uses DDC to classify books and AACR2 to catalogue books.
